Announcing a new, and free, promotion for Professional Pet Sitters from Precious Pets' Blog

A FUN WAY TO SHARE WHO YOU ARE WITH YOUR CLIENTS AND THE WORLD!

There are so many awesome professional pet sitters around. They humbly, faithfully, and quietly work every day to make the lives of pets joyful while their owners are away.

Pet sitting will always be near and dear to my heart and I love supporting other pet sitters in words and sometimes in deeds too.

As the one who is in charge of this blog, I have decided to help those who are professional pet sitters by offering the opportunity for a FREE blog post (here) that shares who they are with the world.

Yes, it will be a little bit about their business, but the primary reason for the post will be to have fun and to let their clients, and the world, know a little bit more about them. My hope is that their little "spotlight" here will help their businesses too.

I think it will be fun and it will also be a way to highlight your business and promote it in a new way!

This is for professional pet sitters only, not hobby pet sitters. If you are a pet owner, mention this to your pet sitter and encourage them to consider this opportunity.

The title of this free promotion will be: PET SITTER SPOTLIGHT.

HOW PROFESSIONAL PET SITTERS CAN QUALIFY FOR THE "PET SITTER SPOTLIGHT":

You must be the owner of a bonafide professional pet sitting business (insured). The business has to have a name, and your business must be at least five years old.

You must be actively pet sitting - not just running the business and sending pet sitters out to various homes as ICs or employees.

The info you provide must not conflict with this blog's values or beliefs. I reserve the right to edit info for publishing - for length and suitability.

You must provide a photo of yourself to go along with the blog post.

Send a brief e-mail to me at lindamay@snet.net expressing your interest in being chosen to be featured in a blog post here on Precious Pets' Blog. (200 words or less please).

I will send you a list of questions. The questions will be light and fun. Some are business-related and some are not. All questions should be answered. No more than 20 questions will be asked, so it won't be a lot of time or writing on your part.

There is no fee to participate, and no prize will be given except the perk of being featured on this blog that will hopefully help your business.

HOW MANY WILL BE CHOSEN?

Since this is a new thing, and experimental, I plan on featuring one professional pet sitter a month. If I get a lot of responses, I might increase it to two sitters a month. I'm going to play it by ear.

I will choose who will be featured based on the info received and the quality of the photo. I want it to be interesting to my readers as well, so some entries might be more interesting than others.

Photos do not have to be professional, but I have to think of how it will look on this blog so please send in your best. Send as an e-mail attachment.

I'm trusting that the professional pet sitters will be honest, and as a disclaimer, I'm not responsible for any misinformation sent in by anyone. My goal here is to provide something fun and interesting for my readers, for your clients, and to help promote good and honest professional pet sitters.

It will be my intuitive choice of who I think would be fun to promote. Please do not be offended if I don't choose everyone, but consider yourself blessed if you are chosen.

I will end this promotion when I think it is time. Like, when Forrest Gump stopped running down the road just because he didn't want to run anymore. Sort of like that!

After you send in your info, I will send you a confirmation e-mail. After that, please don't e-mail me about it again. I don't know if I'll be swamped with requests or not, so that is why I'm saying that. I may not have the time to e-mail someone past the initial "yes I got your info" e-mail.

If I choose you, I will send you an e-mail and let you know and will let you know when it will be published so you can tell your clients that you are being featured on a blog.

I don't know if I'll get a few inquiries or hundreds so I might have to adjust things as I go along. I ask for your understanding.

Since summer is upon us, I thought it would be fun to do something a little different with my blog. I hope you will enjoy it!

Blessings,

Linda
